The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Pack the item(s) securely, and ship it back to us using a reliable courier service. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Please retain the proof of return shipment until the refund is processed.
*Please note that due to the nature of the products all digital downloads items are no refundable.
Refund:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
