Due to the nature of the products all digital downloads items ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within the 14-day period via kuckunniwi@outlook.com. Pack the item(s) securely and ship it back using a reliable courier service. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of return shipment until the refund is processed.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
